Enjoying the success was Chris Smith from Lakings of Louth, The seasoned evaluation entrant was celebrating his best result to date of three category champion titles "Dry Cured Back Bacon", Home-made Lasagne", and multi-winning "Lincolnshire Stuffed Chine"

Chris said: "It's been an exciting time and we're so pleased with our success. The products we put forward are the same as we have on sale everyday in the shop - so it means a lot to know that they are so highly regarded by the judges. Our recipes remain largely unchanged, but the secret to our success is the quality of ingredients and the fact that we pay a great deal of attention to detail."
