Orders are invited from our customers to be sent as mail order. Parcels are despatched in insulated containers with ice "gel" packs around them. This should give thirty hours of protection whilst in transit. All products, where practical, will be vacumn sealed.
It may be easier to phone Laking’s of Louth on 01507 603186 to discuss an order. We will advise our enquirers as to the best ways we can serve them. Some customers require fresh meat only, others a combination of fresh meat and cooked items. Regular customers have orders every one or two months and former residents also ask for the local papers to be sent along with their order.
Customers usually have personal preferences when selecting cuts of meat and we will retain information for future orders. Many former Louth residents usually want a top-up of sausages for their freezer and have in the past collected them when visiting relatives at "home".
There is a standing charge for mail order, presently at £12.50; this covers an order of up to 10 kilos in weight.
Fresh Desserts are not suitable for mail order.
