Three members of senior staff visited Copas farms to see first hand the rearing and preparation of Free Range Turkeys. About 100 visitors from all regions of the country attended this annual event.
They were shown the orchards where the bird live. Details of the animal welfare were explained to the audience.
The production calendar was explained and information about the numbers of staff and the thousands of birds were given
