Laking's of Louth held a successfull taste event at Louth Riverhead Theatre. The evening was shared with the wine Warehouse from Holton Le Clay. Hot turkey was served with cranberry sauce and apricot and sultana stuffing. Honey roast ham, haggis, celery sage and onion stuffing and boxing day chutney were also sampled.
Fresh desserts, cheesecake, keylime pie and banoffee were also available to taste, along with pork pie, hot christmas pudding and many biscuits and confectionary items.
A selection of Local Lincolnshire Beef and Pork joints displayed and our manager, Keith Willerton was on hand to discuss customer requirements. Pheasant, Partridge, Mallard and Pigeon could been seen as part of our game section.
The President of Louth Playgoers heralded the evening an outstanding success and said she would like it to become an annual event!
