- Pork Wellington in lattice pastry with honey, dates and figs. Made with Pork tenderloin.
- Pork & Beef Meat Loaf wrapped in bacon with stuffing and cranberry.
- Lincoln Red Parcel of Lincolnshire Fillet Steak and pate.
Thirty company's from Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas entered products in 12 classes.
Sausages, pork pies, black pudding, steak pies, bacon and gammon were among the classes for entry.
We entered ten classes. Collecting gold, silver and bronze across the range.
