‘Lincolnshire Quality Beef, Lamb & Pork’ now has 90 farmer members, supplying in total approximately 2,000 head of cattle and around 8,000 each of lambs and pigs. Once the meat leaves the abattoir it is sent to the schemes fifteen independent county butcher members, and sixty-eight outlets of the Lincolnshire Co-operative Society.
